As of late...

Kristen graduates in two weeks!! We are really excited about this of course! I am working in Gainesville with adults with disabilities and at Starbucks in Commerce. We are open to wherever God leads us next. There have been several things that have taken us by suprise but we totally trust God with our life together. I have a few opportunities to play my music coming up which is always good. I am striving to lead worship with my day to day life and not just through music. I hope that I reflect the same thing in the day to day that I do when I get the opportunity to lead a community in Praise to God. I definitely hope that I don't portray that I am just putting on a performance but that I am just acting naturally. I am learning that no matter how much you rehearse, snip the edges and fine tune things you just can't do anything by yourself that will lead people before God, he alone will use the heart of the person behind the microphone and the people who offer a pure heart of worship by playing their instruments as an act of giving back to the one who gave to them. Oh, how we feel the presence of God when we spend time in community and gather together as a community to worship on Sundays. I miss getting together with my community group on Thursdays and opening the night with songs of praise. Work....my prayer is that God will allow me to put the time I put into work into the passion he has given me. Ever feel restricted that is how I have felt the past few months and I am eager to see what God will do once he lets me loose.
