No Particular Body of Water

I finished my first full length recording. There are songs on there that have been re-arranged, re-recorded, re-thought out. Some of the songs were recorded almost four years ago, some of the songs were recorded four days ago. I finally selected 13 songs that I was happy with and burned them to a disc, and am now (because of the lack of funds for professional duplication) duplicating them. I will be selling these whenever I play venues etc. for $5.00 a pop, pretty good deal, 13 songs for $5.00. I titled the project "No Particular Body of Water" as a play on my last name, and I think it sums up where I am in life right now. These songs are inspired by God, family, and friends each leaning towards the alt/country/ singer-songwriter genre. I am pretty happy with the results, finally settling on a full length that is mostly home made with limited resources is a pretty big deal for me because I usually get frustrated because of the way one or two songs turn out quality wise compared to the rest. Long story short....I am stoked. I am in need of some sort of press review of the album (school paper, indie magazine, web zine etc.)to help me promote the songs.

Up and Coming.

I have a show coming up January 7th that I am pretty stoked about. It is at Tasty World and will be with Garth Rivers and Joshua Fletcher and The Six Shot Romance. I am trying to plan a really good set and I am excited about Tim and Michael accompanying me. I played at Caledonia about a month ago and it got me fired up about playing again after a break that was way too long!
